The Jazzercise program offers the perfect exercise routines for women, combining jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements into one 60-minute total body workout. Each workout routine blends dance aerobics with muscle toning and stretching movements, all choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, rock, blues and hip hop. Our certified fitness instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Dance classes include a gentle warm-up, 30-minute cardio section, strength segment with weights and a stretch finale. Whether you are new to the Jazzercise exercise program and need some help learning the basics or a long-time participant looking for technique tips, you've come to the right place!

It is important to dress in comfortable, breathable athletic attire that does not restrict your movement and wear supportive cross-training or aerobic shoes.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend you bring a water bottle and sports towel to class. Some Jazzercise facilities provide hand weights/exercise mats and others do not. If you are unsure, call the facility or check the Jazzercise Class Locator. You are always welcome to bring your own.
